フィードバックを提供するThe drive-thru staff member was unfriendly and appeared annoyed when they forgot the sauce we paid for. They also didn’t provide the additional sauce we requested and didn’t include any utensils. Overall, the service was very disappointing.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The staff didn't even know the current price for the $5.00 fill-up, which has now gone up to $7.02 for the worst chicken and biscuit I've ever experienced. The two chicken legs were extremely small and seemed like they had been sitting out for quite some time. When I got home and opened the box, I couldn't believe how unappetizing the chicken looked—it was inedible. The biscuit was undercooked and almost raw. I visited the drive-thru around 5 p.m. and was the only car in line, so there's no excuse for not serving me fresh chicken. The young man at the drive-thru window was unfriendly and appeared to dislike his job. Do yourself a favor and choose another place to eat. I will never return. If you appreciate my reviews, please give them a like so I know whether to keep writing. I am not compensated in any way. This place was awful! The food was terrible, and when I asked for hot sauce, they told me, "We can't give you hot sauce." What do they expect me to think?
This situation is the worst in the city, they do not allow, dull in, ordered spicy chicken sandwiches that they gave us regular chicken sandwiches, the entire staff is extremely rude, eating is always cold and, in any case, not return.
This is a decent KFC. Not the best I ever had, not the worst either. It's one of my regular fast food lunches.
