Hot And Cold Deli - Springfield

I had a very nice lunch here, the dishes and flavors are very authentic, and the atmosphere is friendly. I never would’ve found this place without Google because their sign on the shopping center marquee just says ’Hot and Cold.’ I had a Ceviche Mixto, and a Lomo Saltado; and some house-made Chicha Morada to drink. I recommend all three of these dishes, because they were well balanced and authentic in flavor. The server was very nice, bubbly and friendly. She told me that they have over 70 Peruvian dishes available on the menu. The only thing I would change about the place would be perhaps adding to the name, to make it more clear what type of restaurant they are.

I feel like I'm eating at my house in Lima. Dishes are delicious, the music in the background and service are exceptional. Pepe is the best host and cooks great!
