Domino's Pizza - Springfield

We received our delivery order and brought him in. the pizza was not even cooked. it looked as if it had been dropped on the floor, there was the sose on the top of the box, and the torf were completely out of the pizza. the cheese-bread, the cheese is not even melted, you can see the comminuted cheese physically. I called the customer service number on the email confirmation and was sent to the load what did not answer, so we drove into the load. there were employees, and they refused to make another pizza because they were closed even after we had seen the pizza. I want my money back and we will not order them again. we were completely disgusted with the pizza and the customer service. also their business says they close at midnight, so they should probably change that.

If your hungry and dont want to wait 2 plus hoursid go somewhere eles. Honestly I don't usually care to leave reviews but this is the second time I have ordered pizza from this location and both times never ended up with my food I ordered my pizza at 6 and decided to cancel my order around 8:00 when I called to see what was going on because I hadn't received any update to only find out it was still in the make line the time before basically the same thing happened .

I know that a lot of places are short handed these days but when the app says your pizza will be ready to pick up between 5:57 and 6:07 and you get there at 6:04 and it's still being prepped, not even in the oven yet, and then wait until 6:25, I get a bit frustrated. In the end, the pizza was good but the chicken wings were from the smallest chickens you can imagine. Disappointed.

The two pizzas we ordered were disappointing as they both had half of their cheese missing and one of them was burnt. It was a big letdown and our dinner experience was ruined. I wish I could show you a picture of how they looked.

The quality of the pizza has gone downhill. I used to enjoy a pizza and wings but unless I order extra cheese and sauce the pizza is dry and not very appetizing. When I did ask for extra cheese and sauce the dough was not cooked the pizza was just nasty. I do love their wings though, and they offer a salad.
