Di Piero's - Springfield

I highly recommend this authentic Italian restaurant for fresh and tasty food in a relaxing environment. It is a small, family-owned business so I suggest calling ahead for their hours of operation. This is not a chain restaurant but a charming little spot run by a couple.

The restaurant offers excellent food and service with a classic Italian decor that channels the vibes of an old-school supper club, complete with influences from Sinatra, Vito Praia, and Dimaggio. There are plenty of low-calorie options available for those with dietary restrictions, and parking is conveniently located on Old Capital Plaza South of Old Capital.

We were in town to see the Lincoln home, tomb, etc. Found this place on Yelp and it is great. Wonderful food and super service!
