Bartolotti's Pizza Bistro - Springfield

Best pizza in the area by miles! Everyone claims to make a good NY style pie and these guys are the only ones who actually can.

Mediocre pizza. Service was terrible. We ordered two slices from the hot case (already made, only needed heating) and it took nearly a half hour bc the guy had to make other pizzas from scratch. Why can't my slice be heating while you spend 5min on making a different pizza? I'd understand if I ordered something not already premade, but to see my slice sit under the heat lamp while you spread sauce, add cheese, etc etc to other orders is insulting.

If I could give more than five stars I would. They have amazing vegetarian options which is always a plus especially in Springfield. This was honestly the best pizza I've had in the eugene/springfield area and I've lived in Eugene for over 15 years now. I ordered the emerald triangle pizza which was a perfect combination of savory and sweet and the pistachio cannoli. Both items were 10/10. Thank you so much for the great service and amazing food!

So I went to Bartolotti's with a friend for lunch about a year ago. Shortly thereafter I moved back home to St. Louis. If you have been to St. Louis you know The Hill neighborhood. Authentic Italian neighborhood where the old country food is still made and Mama's recipes are secret and followed. Bartolotti's is right up there with those restaurants that live in The Hill. If you find yourself pulling back at the taste of butter and garlic...go back to Olive Garden. I need to make it back over soon.

I came in to order a veggie lasagna. They were unfortunately out. The woman at the counter worked with me to develop a delicious dish with the veggies she did have on hand. Love the effort and compromise. Great customer service!!Giving this small business my business.
