フィードバックを提供するThe staff at this restaurant is very friendly and professional. The menu is extensive and offers great value. I ordered the Chicken BLT, which was ready quickly and came with delicious fries. It only cost 20 dollars, which is a great deal. The atmosphere is also fantastic, with plenty of outdoor seating available in the sun. I will definitely be returning in the future.
The non-alcoholic cocktails were tasty, and my meal was decent. However, my wife had to send her meal back twice to have chili sauce removed, as we had requested. Despite this, the chicken schnitzel was so bad that it was inedible. We have had positive experiences at other Beach House restaurants, but we will not be coming back to the one in Springfield.
After reading some of the other reviews, I question if they dined at the same place as me! The service was excellent, with a great selection of cold beers and wines. The steak was outstanding, and the staff provided top-notch service. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to try the ice cream, but maybe next time.
Dinner with friends. I spent sooo long queuing at the register to order food, and then again at bar to get your drinks. Nobody wants to spend 20+ minutes queuing! This place needs table service. Food is meh. Not awful, not great. Expensive, considering the lack of table service. The only 'service ' wait staff do is delivering food clearing plates.
I’ve attended this establishment 3 times this year, the 1st time my partners sweet potato wedges where still frozen, thankfully it was rectified and it was removed from the bill. 2nd time my son received fermented mixed berries in his pancakes, i explained to the manager about the issue, she went to the kitchen and didn’t come back. The 3rd time was today, the FOH staff could see numerous people at the bar, all she had to do was acknowledge the customers. But she grabbed 2 brown bags wrote in them I guess for a T/A order after 4-5mins comes to the bar, and says to me. “What can I get you?” She didn’t look as though she wanted to be there, nor did she have the right attitude to serve customers. A simple sorry for The delay would of stopped me from writing this review. I work in a customer service roll in the hospitality industry, acknowledging customers is all you have to do, people hate being ignored! Once you acknowledge the customer basically there clock resets, waiting for you to attend to them. This place needs a shake up of staff, and there attitudes. If your working FOH and your not a people Person, then leave.
