Little Caesars Pizza - Spring Lake

The staff here is fantastic! They are very polite, and the pizza was delicious!

I went through the drive-thru expecting my pizza to be hot and ready, but when I got there, the staff informed me that nothing was ready and that it would take about 15 to 20 minutes. In the end, I ended up waiting a full 30 minutes. Honestly, they could have done a better job! No hard feelings, but it would be great if they made sure to have pizzas ready at all times. That said, the pizza itself is really good!

Jeff was incredibly polite and quickly informed us about the options that were hot and ready for our order. He also provided an accurate estimate of how long it would take and even brought our order to our car! He really understood how challenging it is to navigate large vehicles in that parking area. This level of service is outstanding and deserves recognition!

Jeff was great. He saw that we had a bigger vehicle and brought our order to us instead of going back through the pick-up window. Great service!

You need better customer service from your Black Employees. Shouldn't have to pull teeth for service. Especially when I'm spending my money. Ya'll ain't paying me. I will not return to your Store
