I went through the drive through this morning, I ordered 2 croissants, for $6 I ordered a ham egg croissant combo with a large Dr Pepper. My hash browns were cold Keisha the manager, had a **** pot, poor attitude, as usual, poor customer service, as usual, and poor leader ship as a manager of that store, we spend a lot of money there throughout the week and when she’s working, the service sucks the food sucks she rolls her eyes at you. She’s mumbling to others and then turns and looks at you, so if she’s got anything to say to me, she can say it to my face because I’m not the one she doesn’t want to go there with me, but because I didn’t want to cause a scene I got the food she gave me which was also cold and I left ,I live right down the road and I take care of my elderly grandfather and he loves Burger King but as long as she’s working there, I refuse to go there anymore , like I said ,(POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE )you really need to get a new manager ,because she talks to anybody ,like they’re nobody, and to be in that business, you have to have good leader ship and good management skills and great customer service , in my opinion , SHE HAS NONE OF THAT !!
