China 1 - Spring Hill

The guy who took my order wanted to argue with me about the difference between chow mein and Lo mein. kinda rude. Be that as it may. It's really about the food. The Lo mein was way too salty. The decor was very run down and a fish tank so dirty that not any kind of fish could survive in it.

Usually our go to spot for Chinese food, but this last time I ordered an egg roll and it was ALL cabbage no pork. Upsetting considering their almost $2 now.

I don't really care about their bedside manner. The food is bomb and it's been my favorite in Spring Hill so far. It's a hole in the wall place. I don't want fancy Chinese food. I want GOOD Chinese food. This place gives me that. I can feed my family of 7 on $30/$40

Very good food and experience with great customer service, my family loves it highly recommended

We had garlic chicken and beef. They were both wonderful. The owner is most gracious.
