This restaurant review is extremely negative. The reviewer had a bad experience when they visited the restaurant at 10:10pm, despite the fact that Google Maps said they were open until 1:00am. The reviewer saw that the hours were posted as 1:00am on the door, all the lights were on, and there was a handwritten note saying they closed at 11:00pm. However, when they walked in, they were told by two employees that they were closed, even though it was not yet 11:00pm. The reviewer felt that the staff were rude and unhelpful, and they advised others to take their money elsewhere. They also suggested that the restaurant change their name to Not So Lucky Bernie's.

I have only been to this restaurant twice as a DoorDasher, but the food smelled fantastic, the atmosphere was enjoyable yet relaxed, and they had a wide selection of high-quality items in their deli case. The outdoor seating area is charming and positioned far enough away from the entrance to accommodate smoking at one of the tables without inconveniencing other customers. Despite not being very busy during my visits, the service was a bit slow. However, the customers I delivered to were extremely satisfied with their experience!
