Uni Sushi - Spring

Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience and left a $20 cash tip. However, two days later, I noticed that the amount charged to my bank account was different from what we had signed for—nearly $20 extra had been added to the card tip. I called the restaurant and spoke to a supervisor. I explained that the copy of the receipt we had didn't include that extra tip and requested a copy of their signed receipt. He claimed that he didn't have it, which I found hard to believe given my years in the service industry. He wasn't even surprised and only apologized. He offered to refund the additional tip. I expressed that this was my first visit, it was my birthday, and I felt this was a serious issue. He mentioned that the general manager would contact me, but I haven't heard from them yet. As a word of caution, keep an eye on your bill and ensure you check the final charge.

The sushi here is excellent, and the desserts are amazing as well. However, parking can be a bit tricky since the restaurant is located in a courtyard.

My friends and I went out for dinner, and overall, the service was dreadful and certainly not worth the average sushi we had. The waiter was hardly around, and it took 15 minutes for us to get the spicy mayo and soy sauce we requested. To make matters worse, I had to ask a different waiter for help since our own was too preoccupied socializing in the back. I'm pretty sure he judged us based on our casual attire compared to the other guests, assuming we were just a couple of teenagers. Honestly, I can't recommend this place and won't be coming back.

Wonderful experience every time we come here! The food is delicious with beautiful presentation and great atmosphere. Our recent trip was to celebrate our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Our server Victor made our night very special and we couldn't thank him enough or thank him. We'll be back again and again!

Food is okay, nothing special. The atmosphere is decent but surprisingly loud. Maybe it was because of how close we were seated next to other tables, but it was hard to speak to one another without having to raise our voices. Customer service was lacking, our waiter wasn?t very personable. Seems like this restaurant hires a lot of young adults/teenagers who aren?t very familiar with the menu.. We ordered the Chilean sea bass, yaki udon, chipotle salmon, and some sushi rolls. We weren?t impressed at all, the food was pretty bland. Can definitely find better quality sushi and food elsewhere.
