Sonic Drive-in - Spring

I ordered an Oreo Sonic Blast and when it was brought to me, it did not have enough Oreos in it. There were only small sprinkles of Oreos present. I have had Oreo Sonic Blasts at other Sonic locations where there were larger pieces of Oreo cookies mixed in with the whipped cream, but this place did not do that. This was the worst Oreo Sonic Blast I have ever had.

The burger tasted unusual this time. I have never had a negative experience here before, so I am confident it was just a one-time occurrence.

The staff at this restaurant did not respond to my car's speaker system. A man in front of me drove forward with the other cars without acknowledging me. A young lady also passed by my car multiple times without offering assistance. I eventually had to ask for help, and she inquired if I had placed an order through the speaker. When I said no, she told me to wait a moment while she helped another customer. She returned with the other customer's order and then suggested I either park and come inside or go through the drive-thru again. The lack of customer service was disappointing. I ultimately decided to go to a different restaurant. Will not be returning to this establishment.

I love this place, he brings loving memories back because he is the road from my high school small. always fast friendly service here.

This has been one of the few sonics in town that I can actually give a 5 star rating. My son orders through the app for me, and the service is quick and efficient. I hope I'm not jinxing it, but keep up the good work. WOW maybe I jinxed it because 2weeks later he ordered that new grill cheese burger and got severely food poisoned! It was not quite made the way he ordered it, and we believed the cheese was possibly tainted?! So I'm take a few stars away!
