Shipley Do-nuts - Spring

Your glazed donuts are great but they suck when they're cold. Please try to make sure your donuts are ALWAYS hot and fresh, not just during certain times of the day. I bought my food at 11:35am. There is no reason why my glazed donuts should be this cold.

Website took my order, charged my credit card AND dispatched a delivery driver when the store was obviously closed. This location does not update their online service of their operating hours.1/15/24 Update. I received an email that the order was canceled but still have not received the refund for my order.

Worst service. I ordered 2 ham and cheese kolaches and one sausage and cheese kolache. What I got was 2 sausage and cheese with jalapeño and 2 regular sausage and cheese kolaches, and a few donuts. I was charged $16+ for food I didn't ask for. I'm damn mad about too. Plus the people had no clue about the reward I was trying to redeem, and their QR scanner was broken.I won't be making the special out of the way trip to Shipley anymore! I would rather give my business to my local donut shop.

We love when we go through the drive through and Odayles is there. She is always so pleasant and attentive.

The absolute worse tasting donuts in the franchise!! Shipley's do better?
