Ming's Chinese Cafe - Spring

Fantastic food. My wife and I love Japanese and Chinese dishes here and the specialties they do. The varied selection of sushi is always fresh and tasty to die. This last weekend we had their Crawfish Salad as our appetizer and were shocked at the presentation and taste that would rival any high-class restaurant, all I can say is absolutely beautiful. Ming is a wonderful culinary experience. We'll be back again and again. Please continue the facility and service we love here.

Ming's Chinese Cafe. We ate there for the first time today very yummy!! Loved the egg drop soup, egg rolls, crab puffs, pepper steak and the chicken with veggies was all so good!! We will definitely go back!! Julie Wes

Wow, what a great little restaurant. I have been several times and the food is always extremely fresh, light, well prepared and beautifully presented. The crab puffs and the sweet and sour sauce are unbelievably delicious.

We had the Kung Pao Chkn, Orange Chkn Chkn Lo Mein. They were all good. Food is great, just don't expect to carry out a conversation with the staff.;
