Mi Tierra Mexican Grill - Spring

I had a fantastic experience! I ordered the beef fajita nachos for lunch today, and I was impressed by the quick service. My drink was refilled before I even finished it. Plus, the restrooms were clean. This is a lovely spot for lunch, although parking can be a bit challenging.

The margaritas were excellent. We only ordered appetizers at the bar, which arrived quickly and were delicious. The only reason I didn't give a five-star rating is that I can't speak to the service at the tables.

Excellent fajitas! The atmosphere and food are good, but it could use some house music.

Solid Tex mex restaurant with some other Mexican options. We ate here two or three times. The waiting staff is attentive and the place is child-friendly. I had the Fajitas and Pollo Monterey. The chicken was well marinated and tender. I could cut my meat with a fork. The Fajitas were also good. My older son likes the coal beans and my younger likes rice. Both like the cheese sauce. This is a solid, simple restaurant for the inhabitants of harmony and the surrounding areas. The margaritas are also crazy.

On par with other locals Los Cucos, Cilantros, Ricos, etc. I ordered bacon wrapped chicken and jalapeños and enchiladas. Location makes it great since Pallottas is the only other Mexican food around.
