Minigolf Lounge - SPOTORNO

I had never been to this place. I must say that I had a very good time. The environment was nice and very quiet. The mini golf course and the bar are very welcoming, the staff very kind. From what I have heard they will also have an evening pizzeria in the next few weeks. I will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The owner is rude and arrogant. I make some assumptions: 1 I have been going on holiday to Spotorno for 50 years because I have my house there 2 I have been going to that mini golf course since I was little 3 every summer my family and I like to play mini golf with the children so we also 5 or 6 games every year 4 the owner had been rude on other occasions too but we didn't pay much attention to it. This year too we come for our match. Aware that children could disturb other players, to meet as few people as possible, we arrive at opening time, 6pm. The rate is 8 euros per person for adults and 6 for children up to 6 years old. It's me, my wife, my 17 month old son and my 6 year old son. I, my wife and my grown up son want to play. When asked by the owner how old the older one was, my son replied that he was 7 because he would have turned 7 in a month. My wife replies that the child was 6 years old even though he was about to turn 7. The owner tells us that the total due was 21 euros. I handed her the debit card and she annoyedly replied that we had to wait as she had to turn on the wi fi network. I politely replied that we were in no hurry. She walks away, snorts and asks us if we could pay in cash since she had given us a favorable price from 24 euros to 21. I reply that I don't have cash with me but only card so the owner replies that then it's full price 24 euros . I pay and thank you ironically for your courtesy. I would have liked to go, but my son would have been upset to see his mini golf game ruined by a rude rude woman and so we stayed. Moral: after 50 years of playing the minigolf in Spotorno the series is interrupted: I will never set foot in that place again and I hope that others will follow my example.
