Wiley's Downtown Bistro offers an exceptional dining experience that I can't recommend enough. The food is absolutely amazing, and Michael Wiley's dedication to accommodating special dietary needs is unparalleled. I first visited during COVID when all I wanted was some good food that I didn't have to cook, but found that nearly impossible due to allergies, but Michael went out of his way to create a customized meal for me on more than one occasion. I've never felt more valued as a customer. Recently, I celebrated my birthday with a dinner at the restaurant, and it was an even more incredible experience. The short ribs and salmon topped with crab were outstanding, and every aspect of the meal, from drinks to desserts, exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Wiley's, for making my special occasions truly memorable I will never stop recommending you to anyone and everyone who will listen.

Our server, Kelsey so sweet. Shee took an genuine interest in out tastes and experience. We ordered 2 appetizers (brie in a puff pastry with huckleberry reduction, and mozzarella on crustinis with pine nuts, rosemary, garlic, and vinegarette). They surprised me. I usually favor sweet cheese dishes, but I felt that the huckleberry and puff pastry weren't enough sweetness to balance the stark brie. I think some huckleberry or fruit puree in the pastry with the cheese would have done the trick. The savory crustinis were perfection. All that cheese gave me a craving for a red blend. Kelsey let me try 2: her favorite and the new blend replacing it. She didnt tell me which was which, so that was fun.... i ended up agree with her and getting a glass of the soon to be out phased. We split a Rueben and ordered the house jalapeño cheese soup at the recommendation of Kelsey. It was perfection. So much flavor. I'll be back just to order that soup to go. The rueban was good, not extraordinary, but exactly what I wanted.
