Subway - Splendora

The restaurant always gets our order wrong. We have decided to stop going there and prefer Jersey Mike's much more. Subway, you need to improve. The service, take out, dinner meal type, price per person ($30-50), food quality, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.

Charged extra for mozzarella cheese without being told and no signage saying mozzarella cost more. Employee had an attitude when I asked about it and wouldn't make it right. Food was good, service was okay, servers were not friendly. However, they have to work with the public that can be rude, so I hope they can shake it off when it happens. Not all customers are difficult. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I have never had any problems at this restaurant! It fills up fast, but they are efficient in getting the orders out quickly! I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 5 out of 5.
