I ordered four sausage biscuits and four hash browns, but you mistakenly thought we were ordering cookies. I specifically asked for croissants with sausage, no egg and no cheese. When you quoted me $24 for the order, I had to refuse. Instead, I went to Archie's Food Basket in Splendora, where I got ten sausage biscuits and a package of hash browns for just $11. Shame on you, Jack! It also took forever to open your lobby, and the atmosphere wasn’t great. Best of luck, but my mother will not be returning!
