フィードバックを提供するThe best meal we had in Camigliatello. Absolutely to recommend (as it was recommended to us by a local guide). Very tasty pasta, with locally sourced, seasonal produce for a lunch or dinner that you won 't forget. Difficult to find fried fiori di zucca filled with caciocavallo e alici , breaded porcini mushroom steaks, boar filled tortellini ...a superb lemon sorbet and a perfectly baked crostata ... my mouth is watering while I 'm typing, just thinking to it...
Poor service, poor quality food very expensive and very small portions, no A.C. Flies everywhere. First and last time in this restaurant.
Having spent the morning looking at the beautiful scenery in Sila National Park in Cosenza province, Calabria, it was time to look for somewhere to eat. We happened upon La Pignanella. One of our party who lives in Cosenza had eaten there before and mentioned that it specialised in Porcini mushrooms. We had an excellent starter which comprised of two large plates of Porcini mushrooms. These were shared amongst the 4 of us. The two starters were completely different. One consisted of very thinly sliced Porcini served with a local hard cheese and served with a drizzle of oil. The other was a more rustic plate of Porcini served with other local mushrooms and decorated with local wild raspberries. These were both magnificent. This was followed by a platter of spaghetti with mushrooms. The spaghetti was cooked to perfection. The main course consisted of locally killed and prepared beef which was served with very delicately cooked porcini. The portions were enormous. This was washed down with a locally produced red wine. The service was excellent. The meal was not cheap but considering the excellent quality of the ingredients was good value for money. I cannot wait to go back there again.
Cinque stelle sono poche per l'ospitalità, la professionalità e la qualità che vi aspettano in questo bellissimo posto. abbiamo preso tagli di carni e formaggi, super buoni e per essere molto freschi. tutti accompagnati da sorpresa) da bruschette calde con ndujia ..per non parlare dei primi piatti uno più buono dell'altro. super consigliato.
Ho soggiornato in questo agriturismo una sera a cena con la mia famiglia e devo dire che è stata la migliore esperienza gastronomica fatta in camigliatello. prima di tutto l'ambiente è veramente bello, tutto molto rustico ma raffinato, massima pulizia e solo spazio dei tavoli i bagni appaiono anche molto puliti. la camera è molto grande con un bel camino e un pianoforte. personale molto cordiale e servizio impeccabile. la cucina ci è piaciuta molto, i piatti sono stati preparati al momento, ottimo cibo e ingredienti a km zero davvero delizioso. ottimo piatto di fagioli e porcini e tagliatelle con cinghiale per leccare i baffi. i prezzi perfettamente in linea con gli altri ristoranti della zona circostante ma con una qualità decisamente maggiore. altamente raccomandato.
