Excellent stay with river view room large airy,clean.tv ,and tea making facilities .staff very helpful .nice bar with nice seating areas and nice terrace .breakfast good selection and hot .would def.go again

I stayed at your hotel on the 10th and 11th of May and phoned the manager, Sarah Artis, to complain. Unfortunately, she did not get back to me. I was disappointed with the service I received as the food and coffee at breakfast were cold, and the staff were very patronizing and defensive when we complained. The woman who served us, Saskia, had an attitude problem and gave the wrong name when asked. The manager did not listen to my complaint and sided with her. I would not recommend this place unless you want a dirty room, cold and horrible food, and extremely rude staff. The cot we eventually received for our child was very dirty and I would not have put a dog in it. The high chair was old, wooden, and sticky with no tray. Overall, the experience was horrendous. When leaving a bad review, the manager did not reach out to address the issues, showing extremely poor behavior and service. I cannot even call this place a hotel, it was a den of iniquity.

We went to this restaurant for a birthday party at the local cricket club. The staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and polite. Kane was particularly exceptional and a credit to the establishment, and Peter was also very friendly. The only downside was that the bar had run out of some drinks, but it was not a major issue. The decor of the rooms is old-fashioned, but they are very clean considering the price. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I didn't stay in the hotel but we just nipped in for a drink during the day. It was totally empty and the receptionist came to the bar to serve drinks. Shame Church Square has been bought out. Warren Lodge looks very tired and dated, not been refurbished for years. Perhaps the owners are holding out for a better offer from the developers that have bought the rest of the square

On the River, but restricted views. Courtyard which if the sun is on it would be lovely. We were part of a large group on St David's day having a pre organised lunch menu. There was another booking on in the front rooms, we were at the back. Only 3 staff looking after the 2 large parties so service was slow. Food was OK, but some people's was overcooked.
