Subway - Spartanburg

This Subway and it's staff deserve more than 5 stars. They definitely raise the standard not just for fast food but restaurants all together. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back to. Ate a late lunch here today and it was fantastic! They had a crew member cleaning just about the entire time we were there and the place was incredibly clean inside. You could tell he was actually cleaning and not just wiping water on surfaces. The restrooms were very clean as well. Probably the cleanest place I have ate at in a good while. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They seemed to actually care about the customers. The two people taking orders and making the sandwiches did a great job and you could tell they were working as a team. They even went beyond to tell us about fresh cookies coming out of the oven if we didn't mind waiting a few minutes for them.

In these challenging times, it's essential for us to work together rather than against one another. Meeting this manager and witnessing her dedication was a fantastic experience. I want to thank her for keeping her composure and handling everything with grace. May blessings be upon her, and may she be watched over every day. My wife and I visited again on January 10, 2022, and I can confidently say that this manager continues to impress. She leads a fantastic crew that is always busy and engaged, rather than just idle. We even met the owner, who acknowledged that the restaurant wouldn't be the same without her. That speaks volumes about this remarkable manager and her team. So thank you to her and her staff for the wonderful service and delicious food. This young lady represents the future, and I highly recommend visiting the restaurant for an amazing experience.

Shannon was managing the restaurant on her own just an hour after it opened. She efficiently handled our large group while maintaining a positive attitude. The place was clean, and overall, we had a great experience.

The young girl at the restaurant didn't seem very pleased when I walked in and wasn't very talkative. However, I eventually got my Italian BMT just the way I like it, as always.
