Clock - Spartanburg

I asked for a bacon chilli cheese burger with lettuce and mayo. I got a chilli cheese burger no bacon no mayo or lettuce and way too much mustard. My server never came to ask how the food was. All our drinks were out... My husband finally waved at her and she came over. I told her the burger I'd asked for and what I got. She said we don't make burgers like that... I said um I ordered it like that and you didn't say I couldn't have it that way. I told her I don't need you to fix anything just don't charge me for the bacon. Then I told Also everyone's drinks are out 4ppl . she walked off. Came back with boxes my husband asked for and then came with drink refills... Thanks, but we are all done now. I didn't say that. I wasn't trying to be rude. Then she said your receipt will be at the front. No one let us see the itemized receipt. They just charged us and gave us a receipt for the $77 amount... I will note the other 3 ppl in my group were happy with their meals except my son said his burger was dry. I still left her $5 although she never checked on us or refilled our drinks until I told her after my husband ?? her down. Also note there was only a few people here it was 1-2 pm on August 8 2024

If you want the clock show up before 5pm , everyday I have came later I get rude employees and wait forever for cold food that's 40$, earlier the better I guess they had their coffe

Food was nothing special, and the service was a bit slow. I expected a lot more.

I wasn 't sure if I 'd rate it a 3 or a 4 star but I didn 't really have any problems. The food was good, the deals were budget friendly, and the variety on the menu is better than most burger/sandwich places in town.

My ribs were burnt and also the baje potatoe. I spent 61.00 for a great meal but it was the worst ever!!!
