Rivas Mexican Grill #13 - Sparks

The food at this restaurant was awful. The tacos were dry, tasteless, and overpriced.

We went to Mohave One for dinner and encountered some issues. After placing our order, there was a long line because the register went out. It caused chaos and delays. When we finally received our food after about 40 minutes, the cheese was cold and we didn't get tortillas with our fajitas. Overall, the customer service was terrible.

I ordered from grubhub for delivery. I was missing a item.I contacted the driver to see if it was left in his car and it wasn’t so I called the restaurant to see if they would refund the money or something. A man answered the phone and gave me a hard time found my order then he hung up on me. I called for 15 minutes and they refused to answer the phone or refund me the money. If I could give a rating without a star I would. I will never order from here again. Worst customer service ever!

I used to frequent Riva's Mexican Grill often, but unfortunately it was not convenient to my location while I was doing delivery orders for Doordash. I would often stop by to get their delicious steak and breakfast burritos at a good price. However, on my recent visit during the swing shift instead of the graveyard shift, I was disappointed to find that the burrito was smaller than I remembered and my carne asada burrito had a lot of gristle and fat. I ended up giving the rest to my dog, who also did not want to finish it. The last time I had a steak and guac burrito it cost almost $10, but now they are charging $12.95 for less product at a higher price.
