For instance, the Beach Club sandwich doesn't mention tomatoes, yet they put them on the sandwich. I would recommend including a complete list of toppings for each sandwich.
As someone mentioned in an earlier review, the restaurant is closed on Saturdays during certain hours, which is perfectly fine. However, it would be helpful to have a sign placed somewhere in the driveway or at least on the menu board indicating that they are closed. I found myself stuck behind a truck for 10 minutes, thinking they were just placing a large order, only to realize no one was answering. Additionally, I’m giving three stars due to the standard response given to negative reviews, which lacks personalization.
I visited this Jimmy John's twice last week. During my first visit, I had a very long wait, and one item was missing from my sandwich. I reached out to the owner, who promptly took action by ensuring the night staff received better training, addressing the long wait times, and offering me a complimentary sandwich. Most people might not bother writing a review, but I felt the owner truly went above and beyond. He genuinely cares about customer service. On my second visit, just a few days later at a similar time of night, my experience was fantastic. Despite a longer line of cars, I received my order much more quickly, and the quality of the sandwich was excellent. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it!
I work in retail and understand the labor shortage, but I don?t understand horrible customer service. Trying to go to this store on my lunch break, I pulled up to the drive through speaker and was told someone would be right with me. As I sat there for 3, 4, 5 minutes, I observed two Jimmy John employees taking the trash out. They were laughing and kicking the bags around, talking to each other. I politely asked if there was anyone to take my order as I had now been sitting at the speaker for 7 minutes. ?When we get back in!? The employee snapped at me rudely as he turned his back on me to continue to talk to his coworker. 10 minutes after pulling up to the speaker, the two employees were still outside talking. I drove away and won?t be coming back. Good thing Jersey Mikes is in the same complex with great service. In less than 10 minutes I had sandwich in hand and headed back to work.
The employee at the register had personal ear phones hanging off his ears while taking orders and working the register. I don't think it is at all appropriate. Sandwich was just so-so.
