Jack In The Box - Sparks

The service was incredibly quick and the food was delicious. I arrived around 6:30 PM, and there was no line at the drive-thru. They had my combo meal ready in about three minutes, and as soon as I finished paying, they handed it to me right away. The person at the window was really friendly as well.

The drive-thru is usually busy, but it moves swiftly. I've never received the wrong order. The dining area is consistently clean.

Eat there once or twice a week it's pretty good for fast food

They forgot my order. If you've had a long day at work and are considering getting Jack in the Box, think again—it could make your day worse. Make sure to check your bags before leaving, but honestly, it's just supposed to be part of the service to give you what you paid for. Clearly, that isn't happening here. I can't recommend this place.

This is the second time that these employees got my order wrong. I was just there around 6 pm and they got my order wrong again. I ordered 2 tacos with my order and when I got home there was no tacos. This younger generation doesn't concentrate when people order food. I will never go back there again!! They lost me as a customer for good!
