David's Catfish House - Spanish Fort

This place is phenomenal. Excellent service and even better food!

Love this place. I always love the whole catfish, but yesterday it was a little greasy. But still a wonderful place.

I visited Fairhope from the outskirts of North Carolina and had a wonderful dinner at David's Catfish House in Spanish Fort, AL. The catfish was excellent, and the big, juicy oysters were baked and fried to perfection. The creamy cheeses and turnip greens were fantastic as well! They are also known for their signature dishes, which certainly lived up to the reputation. Despite the bustling atmosphere, our server, Casey, was attentive with our order, delivering it to us piping hot and checking in regularly. It’s clear that the kitchen is well-organized and efficient, as the food wasn’t sitting under heat lamps. Overall, great food, good service, and a happy dining experience!

Great catfish restaurant! The all-you-can-eat catfish and popcorn shrimp were delicious, but my favorite dish was the fried green tomatoes. They were definitely the best I've had in a long time!

What do I think? I believe this is the best catfish restaurant I’ve ever been to! The food is incredible, and the atmosphere is so much fun. The staff is friendly, and the prices are excellent! I can't wait to bring visitors from the city here! We really love David!
