Teriyaki Grill - Spanish Fork

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Powerade tasted quite watered down. Additionally, I requested mild spices for my dish, but it turned out to be spicier than expected. I enjoy spicy food and can handle quite a bit, but the “mild” level was more like medium. It wasn't too hot for me to enjoy, but I would have preferred less spice with my meal.

I paid a decent amount to dine here, but my shrimp tasted muddy and the steak was rancid. The portion of the meat served in the children’s meal was laughably small. I understand that restaurants can have ups and downs, but when customers are paying a premium, it's unacceptable to serve food of such low quality. Six different types of shrimp on the menu? Seriously? I visited when this place first opened, and it was fantastic, but the quality has really declined since then. I won’t be returning, as there are many better options right next door.

Absolutely fresh and unbelievably delicious! The Teriyaki Chicken was spot on! It was a burst of flavors! The addition of grilled pineapple made it an ideal meal! There was more food than we could possibly finish! I love this place!

I can't believe what happened today in this restaurant, we wanted to place our order, and the woman in the kitchen started screaming crazy and insulting her partner with some very strong words that I admire how this man managed to contain himself and not how to react Too many people have deserved to live in such an unpleasant moment. The woman who was in front asked that they control that they respect the customers. I hope I don't see this person so careless in this restaurant I love, but today's atmosphere is terrible

Where I come from in Texas we practice hospitality! I went and ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl today. The young girl that was at the counter brought me my food where I was sitting and waiting for it and literally threw it onto the table. And she snubbed her nose at me and walked away with her hand up in the air. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. If this is what they call customer service I would stay far away from this place. Don't waste your money! The food is not all that great either.
