Overall, my experience was disappointing. I ordered beef and broccoli, but they mistakenly sent shrimp and broccoli instead. When I called the staff to inform them that I am allergic to shrimp, the manager only offered a small discount on my next order instead of providing a refund.
The dining experience has declined since the new owners took over. I find it concerning that they keep the clinker knife in the drawer to prevent the cash drawer from closing, resulting in no receipts being printed. Since I pay with a debit card, they are required to report it, but I'm worried about how much money might be going unreported. I recommend everyone pay with cards.
Something changed when it was a great place, but in our last two orders we didn't even eat the food. cooked white rice with raw vegetables and not taste what they now call veggie fried rice. the chicken fingers were all teig and gum.
The new owners had a bit of a shaky start, but they have really hit their stride! I absolutely love their food—it's excellent! They also provide generous portions, which is a nice bonus!
