フィードバックを提供するThen, we saw an elderly couple trying to get in, clearly confused that only the drive-thru was open. At that point, we realized that they had forgotten our ranch dressing, so we asked for it. Instead of just giving it to us, they decided to let the elderly couple inside. By the time they returned, they questioned why we were still at the drive-thru. “We are still waiting for our ranch!?”
The employees were rude and seemed to be arguing among themselves. During the lunch rush, I noticed one of them leaving the register to go smoke, which really impacted service. At one point, a customer walked out because no one was at the register and no one came to assist them. When the customer left, I overheard an employee casually remark, “I’ll be alright.” There were personal items left in the lobby, there was no ketchup available in the self-service area, and the tables were dirty. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
New management! Great new employees, fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and I was very satisfied.
Must have been everyone's first week of working there..food was still good hot.
This location is straight trash. If you value your health, safety and sanity stay away from this place. I haven't been here to eat in over 6 months, went back to give them an other chance and it's drive through only, employees outside smoking cigarettes and nodding out, and I can promise it wasn't from being tired from being a hard worker. Pretty sure the entire work staff were all high on meth, screaming and cussing eachother out is their form of communicating and telling coworkers their orders. The owner of this place should be ashamed to keep the doors open until the work staff is replaced from the ground up. But I guess saving a buck is worth loosing your business. I will never eat at another wendys establishment anywhere, ever, because of my experiences at this location.
