O'mallys - Southold

I’ve been ordering here for the last few months due to convenience and food restrictions. They were good to me until my last two encounters. That is why I gave two stars- otherwise zero. I order through the app. I went a few nights ago and was noticed by the bartender and told my food will be out in a few minutes. I continue to wait and we’re talking almost thirty minutes and I had to ask what was going on as I obviously couldn’t wait any longer. The bartender tells me they never received my ticket even though she knew I was waiting and acknowledged me. I told her I paid for it and if there is a dispute they say to contact the restaurant. She took down my information and told me that Manager will contact me and of course nobody contacted me. I thought, well this was a bad experience but I tried again tonight. This time they made my food wrong. I paid for a side it didn’t come with. As well as another request for a side that didn’t come with my food. Beyond disappointed and done with this place.

Very friendly, homey wait staff...good food, great portions

Great food. Hearty servings. Friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Stumbled across this place after coming back on the 5 pm ferry from Connecticut. Very happy with finding this place. Will now be a regular destination for me on the North Fork.

I have had a home down the block for 4 years can always count on O'mally's all 4 seasons. Everyone who works there is pleasant and they might have one of the best hamburgers I have ever had.

My family and I enjoyed a Sunday lunch at O'Mallys. The steak I had was excellent along with sides of veggies. Good value for the price. Nice atmosphere and staff. We will definitely return on a future visit to the North Fork.
