Chipotle Mexican Grill - SOUTHINGTON

Place is filled with incompetent bozos. I saw 15 people coming and ordering, paying and going before I got my order. I never write reviews, but I had to comment on this landfill.

Spent $99.76 for delivery. was missing a burrito, made a small side of Guac instead of the large. Opened the bowls while I was inside of the store because I had a hunch they messed that up too. I was correct. The employees did give us the food. (Thank god because I wasn?t leaving without it) they?re sloppy and don't know how to read labels clearly. I can?t wait for the Bristol store to open. Southington chipotle is a waist of time.

I love Chipotle, the one near west farms mall is great but need more in provement. The crew didn't want to help the lady on the line making orders. There was a line almost to the front door, most of the other workers had attitudes especially the lady on the register. Food was great. Could use better bowls as the one they have tend to get soft

I love Chipotle however tonight they had grill issues therefore only pulled pork, beef and tofu really. People came in and turned around. Paid $2 for stale nachos.

Came in and patiently waited in line. Noticed that they were putting chairs up at 830pm when they 're open until 10pm. Questioned it and she told me no one should be eating inside. Two people were making food for what seemed like online orders because they weren 't making anyone 's meals in-house. Asked for a kid 's quesadilla and was told I was getting an adult one which is not on the menu sign. Told I had to pick 3 sides and then she walked away. I did my best to pick the sides. She didn 't even remember what we ordered and had to ask us. The girl at the register rang us up and it was $17. The girl that helped us came over and told her it was wrong. Then all of a sudden, it was $40. Then told me I had attitude. I was unhappy that I was supposed to get a kid 's meal with meat for $4.80 plus $0.70 but I was being charged $10 for a supposed adult quesadilla . Asked about the manager and was told go ahead, she 's right there. My friend tried to use the women 's bathroom but there was no toilet paper. What a horrible experience. Will be calling corporate tomorrow.
