Red Lobster - Southgate

They said the waiting time would be 30 minutes, almost immediately a waiter came by and asked how many we had, he immediately sat in his section. He was very attentive. A few employees and I came together and had lunch, but we all got the admiral's feast because everything else has changed on the menu since the last visit. But the staff was more than wonderful in every respect and ensured that everything was satisfactory. The restaurant at Eureka Rd and Trenton Rd is the place I've been going to since childhood.

The service was fantastic, we got our food and a timely way the food was good for what we paid. They had all fried stuff. Like fish and chips and then we had fish shrimps and scallops, as I said, all fritted. So for this aspect it was really good and for the price Red Hummer it cost us $70 for three people. The fish and chips were 15 me and my husband's dish was $22 plus we all had iced tea. It was pretty good for me. So I want and I have more money than good the good stuff that is not fried, then I can make another review and tell you how good it is, but the cookies yum yum and their salad is not bad, that comes with a dinner plus a potato.

We were seated as soon as we walked in. Server took our order immediately and brought our drinks. Then we sat there.......... No one had cleaned the table next to us and every fly that was in this place was on this table!! We finally got our biscuits and our order came out shortly after. However the flies were constant and overwhelming our fresh food which was good by the way.until the flies came. We took our food because it was not cheap and left. The server could use a lot more training and whoever was in charge of cleaning tables off should really find another type of job. Very Unfortunate as this was a our favorite Red Lobster!

I had a wonderful time at this Red Lobster! You don't see this type of effort, to provide GOOD customer service anymore! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to serve! The Manager was engaged with everything that was going on! A sharp impressive young man! Attitude reflects leadership, Salute!!! And the food was Delicious too! ? A Job Well Done!
