Cold Stone Creamery - Southgate

I placed an online order for a large party pack on short notice, and they managed to deliver! I live out of state and wanted to surprise my mother and family with an ice cream party for Mother’s Day. My mom was in and out of Cold Stone in less than 10 minutes to pick it up. The order was quick, timely, and absolutely delicious. The young man I spoke with on the phone was very professional. I would definitely order from here again. My family really enjoyed being together and sharing the ice cream experience!

The customer service was fantastic, with Sylvia being an outstanding employee. She answered all our questions and was extremely helpful. The establishment was clean, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return here because of her and would gladly recommend this place to friends and family.

I ordered a strawberry cake for my mother's birthday, but the only one available was rather messy. I inquired if they had any more in the back, but they said no. A kind gentleman asked if I had written something on the cake, and I replied that I had. He then disappeared for nearly ten minutes and finally returned to let me know that he had fixed the cake, as he agreed it wasn't presentable. When he brought it back out, it looked stunning—the details and extra toppings were simply beautiful. I just wish I knew his name. He truly made my day! Thank you!
