Chili's Grill - Southgate

The portion of the Smokehouse Combo was not what I expected. They also didn't give me the fries that are clearly stated on the menu as included. I asked for them, but it took a long time for them to arrive. There were three booths where we were sitting, and the waitress checked on the other table multiple times but didn’t ask us anything. We didn’t receive a refill on the bottomless tostadas, which were mostly crumbs, nor did we get a drink refill. My ice had almost completely melted before I had to flag down the waitress for our bill. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, especially considering she was only serving me, one other booth, and a couple at the bar. It was not a pleasant dining experience.

The chips were fried in old oil.. You can taste it.. The corn tortilla were very thin and tasted unlike any corn tortilla I've ever eaten. The rice was not cooked all the way and it was hard.. not what I call good food. Won't be back

I use to go get all the time and enjoyed myself. Well today was not the case. My family and I walked in at 7 prime dinner time but they seem slow. Turns out the had the bigger half the of place closed. They had maybe 5 tables of families. The host wasstand at the bar rubbing her chest. another lady taking an order. After sometime goes by the lady rubbing herself tells us shewill be with us in a moment and a 20 mins wait. It?s was the weirdest most uncomfortable thing I?ve experienced in a while.While speaking with her a costume that just was leaving said it wasn?t worth the wait her food was cold and they took a longtime. We just left. Got outside the same lady could see my husband was upset, she said sir your not missing out at all!!

I ordered a burger and fries, which were well-cooked and tasty. My boyfriend opted for the Cajun Chicken pasta, but it was sadly lacking in seasoning. The chicken appeared to be frozen and hardly had any Cajun flavor. Overall, this restaurant could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The payment machine was covered in dust and grime, and there were stains and spilled soda on the wall near our booth. It was an unpleasant experience, and I won't be returning.

We visited this restaurant about a year ago and were told there would be an hour wait, despite the fact that the dining area was completely empty with many open tables. We were refused service because we didn’t have a reservation, so we decided to go elsewhere. Recently, we gave the restaurant another chance and went back, but unfortunately, we encountered the same rude staff member as before. This time, she informed us there would be a half-hour wait, even though the restaurant was once again empty with plenty of available tables. It seems they are turning away a lot of potential business. This place needs corporate oversight because the front-of-house staff, particularly the woman at the entrance, is disrespectful and clearly not suited for customer service. We will definitely not be returning to this location.
