Wendy's - Southfield

My brot was formed. green form over the lower bungalow. fries was hot and good. ate my fries first, why I gave it 3 stars

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst Wendy's location of all time. They make you park your car and wait for your food. They forgot about my order, I had to go in, and then when I finally got the order is was the wrong order. I don't know who's running this location but I think middle schoolers could do a better job.

If I could give NOT ONE STAR I WOULD! I was picking up my door dash and the young woman on the window had a nasty attitude. All I wanted to know is why I had fruit punch drinks instead of orange drinks. She told me TO GET THE **** OFF HER WINDOW! I will be contacting corporate next! The world is too short staffed for ppl to be hired and have this type of demeanor and respect to paying customers! I didn't get her name but she is an African American woman with a scarf on EVERYTIME I

The fries I ordered were hot and fresh, but the customer service was horrible… the employees were rude and made me feel guilty for disturbing them by coming and ordering fries and a frosty. Not planning on coming back to this location.

Had a bit of a wait but they were very friendly and once we got our food was great
