フィードバックを提供するI had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant on October 6, 2022, around 1:15 PM. The person at the drive-thru was extremely rude. I simply asked about having milk in my coffee, which is the same order I've been placing for years, but she insisted that I should order a latte and wouldn’t let me place my usual order. I've been a regular customer at this place and have never encountered such rudeness before. She spoke to me as if I was foolish and her attitude was very disrespectful. I won't be returning after this experience.
The restaurant could use a bit more cleanliness. However, the coffee was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent.
The barista mentioned that there should be operating instructions for making drinks! They truly are the best at what they do!
Hours are very incompatible for this particular location. they never really know when they are open or what days they are open. sometimes a random note on the door or auto thru is what they let know. that must be better.
Large lobby, great team of workers, excellent craftsmanship. Other Starbucks in the area should take notes
