Dickeys Barbecue Pit - Southern Pines

Would give 0 stars if there was an option. I ordered a two meat plate and besides the portions extremely small, the quality of the meat and the sides were garbage. Never visit a Dickeys again.

We had a great experience tonight. We ordered the Brisket Sandwich with baked beans as a side, pulled pork sandwich with waffle fries, 3 kids grilled cheese meals with Mac n cheese and drinks. The meats were full of flavor and very moist. Our kids loved the Mac and Cheese. The restaurant was clean and the manager was nice and brought our food to the table for us. We really enjoyed the food and recommend this BBQ pit if you're looking in the area for a quick bite. Great BBQ sauce.

I keep coming back here because they have the tastiest bbq in the area. Prices have gone up but at least the quality of the food is still exceptional. Love their brisket and smoked sausage with fried okra.

Super good food. Everything was spiced well. The spicy bbq sauce is particularly amazing.

We ordered a couple kid pork sliders, ribs, brisket and more pulled pork for meats, then fries, okra, macaroni and cheese, green beans and Cole slaw as sides. Everything was pretty good. The brisket was tender but a little dry. The ribs were slightly over seasoned but was very tender/fall off the bone. The fries and okra was extremely salty, so salty we had to knock of what we could to try and eat it. Service was very kind and very quick. It's about a 30min drive for us and we definitely plan on returning.
