Lucky China - Southaven

While traveling and in the mood for some Chinese comfort food, I decided to give this restaurant a try despite its average reviews. It was one of the few places with online ordering available. I was pleasantly surprised when my food was ready quickly and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The sesame chicken and egg drop soup were particularly enjoyable.

This was one of the worst Chinese meals I've had in a long time. The fried rice was lacking carrots, onions, or peas and seemed to have artificial eggs or be old. The sesame seed chicken was tough and difficult to chew. I spent $20 on two dinners and was very disappointed. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The food was spoiled and the towels are washed and hung outside on a disgusting bike rack, with the towels often ending up on the ground. The health department should investigate this place immediately.

I ordered the combination fried rice and it was filled to the brim. Lots of meat and taste great. The pictures are after I already shoveled alot in my mouth

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the portion sizes are worth the price. Definitely better than most restaurants in the area when craving a great Chinese takeout.
