Tgi Fridays - Southampton

I usually don't write reviews, but today I feel that I should! we went to tgi in west quay. Before we came in, we had made a few shopping opportunities and most of the workers in the shops were miserable (not responsible they really would be me if I had to work nye) but the waitress who served us (think, their name was gabby) was nice as eating! the best service and eating that we had in very long time! highly recommended!

I would like to thank them martina for such a fantastic waitress tonight. nice eating as always and great atmosphere. very enjoyed spending my birthday evening here, thank you x

I really enjoyed my classic cheeseburger and fries; it was quite filling. The atmosphere was lively, though it was a bit loud, requiring us to speak up, but it wasn't overwhelming. It seems that many people choose TGIs for birthday celebrations, so we witnessed plenty of happy birthday festivities. The staff was very friendly, and I appreciated that they all wore face coverings during service, which felt reassuring. Overall, I would recommend this place and will likely return in the future.
