Dunkin' - South Windsor

Nice and quiet around 11am- 12pm. A good cup of coffee to get the day going. Outside seating to enjoy the sun and take it all in.

The guy there was rude as hell, when i asked if he could fill 6 dollar latte to the top! Only been there 2 times an both bad experiences.

I live right next to this Dunkin' Donuts and have never had any issues with them until recently. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but they should not throw out their food an hour before closing and could be more polite to their customers. They also struggle to make certain items correctly and are consistently rude when trying to rectify mistakes.

The restaurant offers outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing evening.

Poor service and rude associates. I leave right down the street from this location and been going there for about ten years, I was there this Saturday around 1030am and purchased munchkins and a plan bagel with extra butter, when I got home I noticed that I wasn’t given my munchkins, I tried calling but there was no answer, so I went there yesterday and told them, the girl at the order window told me that there was nothing she can do, I told her that I was going to give them a bad review because I wasn’t happy, she told me to go ahead if I wanted..... I have never felt this disrespected and dehumanized, how can I spend my money at a place and be treated like this.. I went inside to ask for the manager and they told me that they didn’t have a manager and didn’t know her name, I saw a lady in all gray, which I assumed was the manager, but they claim the manager wasn’t around, I think the only reason why they treated me this way was because I am a women of color , this is very sad. I will never go to this place again, Starbucks is right next to them, do yourself a favor and go to them instead ..smh.
