Pizza Hut - South Williamson

I just made an order from the pizza hut in south williamson, kentucky. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in this area. I ordered 12 wings and they only sent me 10. And for the price I paid for the order is **** price gouging. They refuse to answer the phone, half the people they hire cannot understand simple english or use a computer. The online service and APP are absolute garbage, half the items you try to add to cart are met with experienced a problem, cannot add item. If I could give 0 stars I would and I VERY HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. And if anyone in pizza hut corporate is reading this, fire that entire staff at that store and either shut that place down, or get with your HR team and figure out some new guidelines for hiring workers with some level of competency.

Pizza hut has came along way, they have gotten alot faster and the food is hot and good the 2 times I've ordered...keep up the good work

Phone call: Can you add my address (3.2 miles from their store) for delivery? My neighbor a 100 yards away gets delivered. I just want to order on the app and not call. Ambrosia the store manager: Nope. That 's never going to happen at my store! Me: You delivered to me 2 months ago and that 's a horrible attitude to take when you say that 's never going to happen at my store like you 're very proud to say it. Can I speak to the manager. Ambrosia: I am the manager. We never delivered to you. Me: Yes you have, depends on who is working whether or not I get my food delivery when I call and place the order. I 've order often. You 've delivered to me for years. I just want to make it easier for both of us and order through the app. Ambrosia: This is my store. That 's got to get approved through me and we 're never going to deliver to your address. Me: So you can approve it? Ambrosia: I 'm not... do door dash if you want our pizza delivered. We got a new system owned byv a New compa...... (I hung up) She was rude, proud, unprofessional, zero customer empathy, and kept talking over anything I added. Definitely was a one-sided conversation.

The service was slow and the staff seemed unmotivated. Additionally, the strong smell of marijuana from the establishment next door somehow infused the food with a smoky flavor. They really should consider relocating! Rating: Food: 2, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 1.

The meat pizza was generously topped with a variety of meats. My only complaint is that the crust could have been a bit more browned.
