Quaint place with a very hard working French chef from Paris.
We loved Armand’s the owner is super friendly. Very neat and clean restaurant. The food was all delicious the eggs in the crepes were cooked...
It was very, very tasty and I enjoyed the flavors of icecream and fudge. Still, I think it is over priced.
What's not to like? It's chocolate...and ice cream....and fudge!
