Weve ordered from this place a few times. My husband is a very picky person and items he will order from this place are: the Fried Chinese Doughnut, the Combination Fried Rice, and the Five-Spice Beef Stomach and Liver (strongly recommend! .
The service was inefficient and disorganized, and the food was mediocre. You have to keep checking if your food is ready because they don't call out your name or bring it to you.Parking: There's a small parking lot.
Tries to replicate Hong Kong style street eats on the Peninsula and, if not quite succeeding, gets close enough to be a solid option with enough variety to be worth a stop.Roast pork used to be better, but it's enough to not complain too much given the area.
Food was okay. Very reminiscent of the night markets in Taiwan. We ordered the R1: Boneless Roast Duck with rice and duck egg (tasty), R13: Longan Crispy Pork w/rice (a bit too sweet and soggy rather than crispy), Congee with pickled cucumber, preserved egg and minced pork (my mother in law said it was good), and R7 Minced Beef with soft egg over rice (wife enjoyed it). The negative is that we arrived at 2pm on Saturday and there were not many customers but the food took about 25 minutes to come out. I can only imagine how long it might take on a weekday lunch. Hopefully, they are better staffed during the busy times.Ambiance is bare bone with plastic tables and chairs.
