Jack In The Box - South San Francisco

They are closed for walk in. Only drive through was available at the site. I usually don't do drive in because don't like to communicate through the speaker. However the guy who takes my order was easy to talk to and no miscommunication.

The chicken dish was fantastic, and I have to say, the Avocado Lime sauce exceeded my expectations! Everything with my order was perfect!

I received my drink with ice, despite requesting it without any.

The drive-thru stays open late, and the lines were short. The service was quick. I tried the new Cluck chicken sandwich for the first time, and it was just average. It could really use some lettuce and/or tomato to add crunch and moisture to each bite.

I had a pleasant experience at The Jack in the Box on Hickey and El Camino Real. The only drawback of dining here is that orders can only be placed via the drive-thru. I've noticed people attempting to walk up to the front door, only to discover they can't enter to make an order. The food is tasty, and the drive-thru line moves fairly well, but I do feel sorry for those who try to walk in to place their order.
