Hole In The Hedge

We were visiting our daughter in Oxford when she recommended this restaurant to us, and we are so thankful that we decided to go. The food and presentation were superb, and the overall atmosphere of the place was truly magical.

I stumbled upon this charming, independently-owned café by chance on my way to the M40. I enjoyed a fantastic cup of coffee and a delicious sandwich while taking in the beautiful countryside views and watching the sheep in the fields. It was very relaxing! I will definitely be making this café a regular stop from now on. The quality of the coffee, service, and food far surpasses that of a typical motorway service station.

Visited for lunch today. Great breakfast baguette, massive cup of tea, smashed avo, tomato gorgeous, thick-cut bacon on toast . Followed by a really good hot chocolate lemon drizzle cake. This was our 1st visit we look forward to returning soon.

I visit this fantastic cafe daily as we work locally and it truly is superb in every way. Delicious food, great value, super friendly service, and the best soups any of us have ever had, anywhere! It’s got a great feeling of being hidden away too, so a nice spot to hide away from the world, as you admire stunning scenery over the fields. Everything is freshly made, thoughtfully prepared, using high quality ingredients. Highly and thoroughly recommended by me and my colleagues

I discovered this gem of a restaurant! The staff was welcoming and served an amazing breakfast and coffee in a beautiful location. It's a good idea to call ahead, especially if you're in a rush. The cozy summerhouse overlooking the farm is a nice touch. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Brackley/Banbury area.
