Burger King - South Kitchener

- I am not sure if they're renovating it or taking it down. - I have been there several times in the last few months. - Customer service was not bad - They need to clean the place more often.

The restaurant always provided poor service, with unfriendly staff who rarely smiled and struggled to communicate in English. The food was poorly made and of low quality. I'm not sad to see it close down to make room for the new bus terminal. Hopefully, the employees will find better job opportunities.

I'm amazed that the health department has not shut this place down! We were visiting for a softball tournament a needed a quick bite between games. The service was as lackluster as the food and the place was filthy! No supplies out front, food took too long.....really bad experience.

I'm sorry to say that this place was not very clean, out of supplies like straws, napkins etc. With one person in front of us who was having a credit card problem, it took us over 15 minutes to order and receive our food. The original chicken sandwich was cold, the bun was stale and if there was lettuce and dressing on there it must have soaked into the bun. My wife's meal was just as unappetizing. Some guy was pretending to be a cook while standing there with his hands over his head yelling, yay, only two more hours in this dump....how nice!! We were still waiting for our food. This unfortunately is not the first time this has happened there but it will be the last. They need to teach these kids that work in there how to deal with people and how to keep the place clean.

Fries are usually cold advertised specials on the radio in summer ( .99 milk shake) not avaliable . ok if you are starving and need something immediately
