Cold Stone Creamery - South Jordan

We were expecting the usual ice cream experience, as we've visited this place several times before. However, I felt compelled to leave this comment because I was truly impressed by an employee named Jaycee. She went above and beyond for us and treated us like VIPs!

The only issue I encountered was the overwhelming selection of delicious options. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was enthusiastic. Just to clarify, I have no connection to anyone involved with this establishment. Treat yourself!

I took my mom for her 91st ice cream. Sato came and sang for us, which made it a truly special moment. One of the other staff members even added a little extra to my mom's Super Cup. I would definitely return because they have such a wonderful group of employees.

Tried the reese ice combination, and really enjoyed it. Peanut butter and chocolate work easily. The employee who did it seemed unfamiliar with him as it was new, but worked fast as they could. Will return. Return and tried the Oreo creation, delicious, but I would have left the chocolate chips. Staff very friendly and fast service.

I really like cold stone creamery. It is one of my favorite spots for ice cream. However, this location is not one that I recommend. I visited tonight for the final time. Their customer service is horrendous. I understand that they are just high school kids, but their treatment of others leaves a lot to be desired. Tonight they turned all their lights off 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time and asked us to leave. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Training is an issue here. I will drive five extra minutes to find another location.
