I placed an online order for a large iced coffee with caramel swirl, but what I received was a coffee with pumpkin swirl instead. If the staff can't seem to understand the order screen, the printed ticket, and the printed receipt, all of which clearly state "caramel," there’s a problem. The caramel swirl bottles are light brown while the pumpkin swirl is dark orange. I've been to this location several times because it’s more convenient than the one on Memorial Drive, but getting the wrong coffee every time is frustrating and a waste of money—especially with rising prices. Just to clarify, I placed my order in the afternoon when there was no line at the drive-thru or inside the store; they weren't busy at all. It seems like the afternoon staff just doesn’t care.
The staff here is consistently rude. Describing the girls as having an attitude is an understatement! The drive-thru wait is always over 20 minutes, and if you go inside, the treatment is even worse. The employees seem irritated and mad at their jobs, and it took three tries to get my coffee order right. It's ridiculous! This location has been like this for years. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!
Regardless of what you try to order, it seems that your first, second, and even third options are consistently unavailable. The staff appears disinterested and offers extremely poor customer service. If the employees don’t want to be there, they should consider leaving. Their demeanor comes across as rude and unfriendly, making you feel as though you’re a bother to them.
I went through the drive through and asked for a Carmel Coffee . the lady repeated my order as a regular coffee so I corrected her and asked for Carmel only to receive a regular coffee
