Little Caesars Pizza - South Gate

I mean what can I say really? Lol it's cheap, easy to order through the app and in store, customer service is always great, and a great option if you don't feel like cooking ?

Is being many times they make my order wrong, today was not the exception, I ordered two stuff crust and when I got home ready to eat I saw one of the pizzas was not stuff crust. And since is Halloween it gets really busy, I didn't went back to get the pizza I ordered. Anyway I think I'm just unlucky. ?

The thin crust pizza is delicious full of flavor but it takes soooo long to make. Sometimes it's better just to get a regular pizza. I went in ordered a man sat there waiting, 7-8 people after...we got our 4 pizzas and left him still waiting. But it's a yummy pizza.

The service was incredibly slow, and it felt like nothing was prepared. The wait times were excessively long, and nothing was served hot or fresh. It was quite frustrating. I could tell there was an issue with the system, as there seemed to be nothing coming out of the kitchen.

I think the restaurant needs to focus on hiring friendly staff and ensuring that pizzas are actually ready when promised. I truly have no desire to return, and I imagine that many others feel the same way about the poor customer service here. It’s hard to believe that their job is that difficult when they can’t even have pizzas prepared in advance and the managers seem unfriendly. The "hot and ready" promise simply isn't true here, so if you’re looking for quick service, I recommend looking elsewhere.
